These Client Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Dapper Luxury, LLC ("Company") to the client ("Client"). By booking or using services, Client agrees to these Terms.
Dapper Luxury, LLC provides luxury chauffeur and black car transportation services on a pre-arranged basis. Services are not provided on a street-hail basis and are not affiliated with any Transportation Network Company (TNC).
All services must be booked in advance. Reservation details including pickup time, location, destination, and vehicle type must be accurate. Changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
Rates are quoted in advance or billed according to agreed terms. Additional charges may apply for:
Payment is due as agreed at booking or upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods include approved electronic or card payments. Cash is accepted at Company discretion.
Client agrees to:
Smoking, illegal substances, excessive intoxication, or unsafe behavior are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Client is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to passenger actions. Fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or acts beyond its control. Company liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
All services are provided under commercial insurance coverage as required by law.
Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for safety, compliance, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Important information regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to scheduled pickup time will not be charged.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pickup time may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without notice constitutes a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
For airport pickups, flight delays must be communicated promptly. Adjustments may be made at Company discretion.
Company is not liable for cancellations due to severe weather, government restrictions, or events beyond its control.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
